Returns Policy

We want you to enjoy your items. To process a refund or exchange, the order must be returned in unopened packaging and in saleable condition. You may return for a refund (less shipping) within 30 days.

If you need to return an item, please contact us for arrangements.


Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose. Insurance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please
contact us if you wish to insure your package.

We ship USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail and Priority Mail for both domestic and internaional destinations. We do not ship UPS or Fedex at this time.

Your package should arrive in 3-5 business days (domestic). If expedited shipping and/or insurance is desired, please contact us via the contact form. An updated PayPal invoice will be sent to your email address.

Please allow more time for international shipping (time varies by destination). International customers are responsible for any taxes or duties that may be imposed by their country.

GCLASER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN ITEMS. 


A Safe and Secure Checkout Process

All transactions are processed safely and securely through a third party. Your credit card information and logins are sent directly to the processing party. GCLaser does not have access to your secure information for future orders.
